Transform: Student Banking.
workspace’s task was to build “story in space” for the newly re-imagined ATB Financial. The strategy for the branded environment was borne out of ATB’s mission statement called “The Story”. It outlines a mandate to “transform banking to make it work for people”. If we are to transform banking, it is critical that the epicentres of ATB branding be right where day-to-day relationships occur, at the 300+ locations in communities across Alberta. Our job was to create the space to move these interactions from mundane transactions to meaningful engagements.
Through the combination of considered space-flow planning and multidimensional experiences, we are evolving all ATB spaces so that they move away from passive, one-way communication and selling towards environments that foster dialogue and affinity, with a clear evocation of purpose at every turn. This goes well beyond aesthetics and the application of branding elements, this is about creating an enabling space. This is about bringing relevance back to the relationship.
