Built around an award-winning golf course, and nestled on the banks of the St. Mary River – a fly fishing hot spot – River’s Crossing is a high-end community in the heart of British Columbia’s Kootenay mountains and just minutes from Cranbrook. Our task was two-fold: Develop an identity for the community (along with a full suite of collateral, including signage/wayfinding materials), and generate online leads for the sales team.
Playing off the natural beauty of the region, we developed a brand identity that pays homage to the surroundings and differentiates the community from competitors. With a simple, refined design and a colour palette that evokes the area’s stunning vistas and natural features, the River’s Crossing brand is eye-catching and unique among its competitors. Once developed, the new brand was carried throughout a full suite of collateral materials, including wayfinding signage, business cards, brochures, home sales sheets and a website.
